text_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; header_font_size_tablet=&#8221;55px&#8221; header_font_size_last_edited=&#8221;off|desktop&#8221; locked=&#8221;off&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El sistema de acondicionamiento de aire est\u00e1 compuesto principalmente por tres subsistemas: una unidad de aire acondicionado tipo split para uso residencial, un sistema de preenfriamiento del condensador basado en una parrilla de atomizadores ultras\u00f3nicos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1) La unidad de aire acondicionado de la marca Kaysun est\u00e1 compuesta por una unidad condensadora (modelo KAE-PV 35 DN5) y una unidad evaporadora (modelo KAY-PV 35 DN5). El sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n utiliza R410A y tiene una potencia frigor\u00edfica nominal de 3660 W. El equipo de aire acondicionado est\u00e1 accionado por un compresor rotativo inverter de corriente continua de 980 W (modelo DA130M1C-31FZ), totalmente aislado t\u00e9rmicamente para conseguir una compresi\u00f3n cuasiadiab\u00e1tica. Las tuber\u00edas de cobre que transportan el refrigerante y el tubo capilar de expansi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n aislados para asegurar un proceso de expansi\u00f3n isoent\u00e1lpico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2) La instalaci\u00f3n solar se compone de dos m\u00f3dulos fotovoltaicos PEIMAR M\u00f3dulo SG360M. Estos paneles est\u00e1n montados en un tejado plano con orientaci\u00f3n sur y con un \u00e1ngulo de inclinaci\u00f3n de 30\u00b0 para optimizar su rendimiento durante el periodo estival. La unidad de aire acondicionado est\u00e1 conectada directamente a la red el\u00e9ctrica convencional (230 VAC) y a los paneles fotovoltaicos (24 VDC) sin necesidad de convertidor externo. Estas dos fuentes de energ\u00eda funcionan en paralelo para suministrar la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica total demandada por la unidad de aire acondicionado. As\u00ed, el climatizador siempre dispone de la energ\u00eda suficiente para funcionar correctamente, independientemente de las variaciones de irradiancia solar. Esta unidad dispone de un inversor que transforma la energ\u00eda de la red de 230 VAC a 200-300 VDC para accionar el compresor a diferentes velocidades angulares. Adem\u00e1s, existe otro inversor para la integraci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda fotovoltaica antes de conectarla al compresor. La energ\u00eda fotovoltaica se convierte en la fuente de energ\u00eda principal siempre que los niveles de producci\u00f3n sean suficientes, mientras que la energ\u00eda de la red s\u00f3lo se absorbe cuando los niveles de energ\u00eda fotovoltaica son insuficientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para optimizar el funcionamiento de esta instalaci\u00f3n de pruebas se ha implantado un sistema de monitorizaci\u00f3n y control remoto que permite realizar de forma autom\u00e1tica ensayos programados con antelaci\u00f3n, con una supervisi\u00f3n reducida. Esto se ha conseguido mediante la automatizaci\u00f3n del sistema de llenado de agua del sistema por medio de un dep\u00f3sito adicional sobre el que se realiza el control de nivel para determinar el agua consumida por aforo. Adem\u00e1s, la instalaci\u00f3n cuenta con dos c\u00e1maras de vigilancia remotas para controlar los niveles de agua en los dep\u00f3sitos y para tener una vista general de la instalaci\u00f3n por motivos de seguridad. Por medio de una placa Arduino UNO conectada a un emisor de se\u00f1al infrarroja se controla el encendido y apagado del equipo de aire acondicionado y se pueden establecer de forma remota consignas de temperatura de funcionamiento. El dispositivo nebulizador trabaja con una tensi\u00f3n de entrada de 48 VDC y una frecuencia de resonancia de 1650 \u00b1 50 kHz y es capaz de atomizar un flujo de agua de 2.5 L\/h. Los transductores ultras\u00f3nicos est\u00e1n compuestos por un cristal piezoel\u00e9ctrico acoplado a un disco cer\u00e1mico de 16 mm de di\u00e1metro. Cuando se sumerge en agua, el transductor es capaz de transformar se\u00f1ales electr\u00f3nicas de alta frecuencia, que suelen oscilar entre 0,8 y 1,65 MHz, en oscilaciones mec\u00e1nicas de alta frecuencia en el disco. Cuando el agua intenta seguir los movimientos del disco cer\u00e1mico, es incapaz de seguir el ritmo de las oscilaciones de alta frecuencia. Como resultado, el agua se desprende del disco en las oscilaciones negativas y produce un vac\u00edo transitorio, donde el agua cavita y se transforma en vapor. A continuaci\u00f3n, en la oscilaci\u00f3n positiva, el vapor de agua es impulsado por la onda de alta presi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la superficie del agua. En este proceso adiab\u00e1tico se forma una fina niebla de agua, con di\u00e1metros de gota en la escala de unas pocas decenas de micras, que se incorporan f\u00e1cilmente al flujo de aire. Para controlar la cantidad de agua nebulizada producida por el dispositivo generador, es posible seleccionar el n\u00famero de transductores ultras\u00f3nicos que funcionan simult\u00e1neamente y tambi\u00e9n regular la velocidad de rotaci\u00f3n mediante un ventilador de impulsi\u00f3n acoplado al dep\u00f3sito.
